If you’ve looked at my blog, you’ll notice I have not been a good blogger lately. It’s not that I don’t have interesting things to say but all those interesting things take up too much time to blog about. I hope I have the time soon to blog about moving into our new house, what it’s like living in a bigger house, how our week long vacation in mexico was, the continuing job search and my daughter’s third birthday party. Until then I will be that blogger who only does quick weekly memes like Wordless Wednesday and Aloha Fridays.
My Question:
What’s the longest you’ve ever gone without updating your blog? What was the reason?
I went about 2 weeks where I only posted scheduled guest posts and a few “easy” things b/c my great-grandmother passed away
We were without internet for 10 days when we moved in June. I had scheduled a few posts, so I guess there was about a weeks where I did not post.
A couple of days because I had a baby. lol – What can you do?
I pulled it offline for a couple of months.
The longest was probably a month.
Maybe 3-4 days at the most. Once it was after my little guy was born and I was in the hospital with no internet connection. The other was when he was hospitalized for 4 days. I may have send out a quick update when I went home to shower though. These days it is rare if I miss a day. I often schedule posts when we are heading out of town.
I usually don’t post on the weekends. So far, that is the longest I’ve gone without posting.
While I was on vacation, about a week.
I usually time the posts if I’m going away.
I’ve got some regulars who get upset if I don’t .

A week – I had vacations
I think the longest was about 3 days… I’m pretty addicted, so I post quite regularly.
